Chiddingfold Community Fund launched
A new community fund has been launched this month exclusively for the benefit of Chiddingfold village.
Established as a fund within the Community Foundation for Surrey, Chiddingfold Community Fund is an exciting initiative that enables residents and businesses to give to their local community. The fund will be managed by the Community Foundation for Surrey who is able to maximise donations and increase money available to the Chiddingfold community. A panel of village representatives will decide the best way to allocate funds and meet the village's needs.
The fund is currently raising money to repair The Old Forge on the Green and initial work has already begun thanks to donations from the village community and a number of grants from charitable trusts.
